What we collect
For DSP customers: account information (email, password, billing details). For drivers managed in Hera: driver identifiers (name, employee ID, contact details), photos where uploaded, performance and Amazon Scorecard records, coaching records, compliance and incident records, vehicle assignments, and route assignments — all under the DSP’s instructions.
How we use it
To provide the Services, authenticate users, process payments, communicate about the Services, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use driver data to train third-party AI models. We do not use driver data for advertising.

Amazon Web Services (hosting), Termly (privacy management), Intercom (in-product messaging), Zoho (sales CRM), LinkedIn (marketing analytics on the marketing site).
