Create counselings easily in Hera, choose their severity, and add as many details, photos, and documents as you need. Hera will even offer creating counselings to you at certain times when it looks like they may be necessary.
Then when you're ready, send counselings directly to your staff. The digital trail keeps you protected and in compliance, and employees can sign from any device – including their phone.
And for added convenience, you'll find that Hera even supports counseling templates, making it even simpler and faster to add counselings for your staff.

Hera will never share or use your company's data - it remains secure in your account and can be exported or deleted at any time. All data transfers are encrypted with a SHA-256 certificate, and your stored data is encrypted by Amazon Web Services.
